Cubic Global Defense (CGD), a leader in the Defense Services industry, is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Site Manager to join our professional team at Fort Riley, Kansas providing support to the III Corps, Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) contract.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Site Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the successful work of a multi-disciplinary team to meet all Task Order (TO) requirements. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction reporting to the Contract Task Order Manager (TOM). The Site Manager will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority to effectively respond to TO requirements. The Site Manager will work collaboratively and in concert with the Hub TOM and the installation Mission Training Complex (MTC) Chief in direct support of the training and technical missions. Duties include but are not limited to providing support to the III Corps MTC operations to include Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming environments in order to train Soldiers, leaders and military units. Support includes individual through collective Mission Command (MC) training, support to mission rehearsal exercises, staff planning, leader training/development, live simulations, virtual simulations, constructive simulations, Gaming-based simulations, database preparation and maintenance; scenario creation; Contractor controller training and functions; exercise controller training; simulations/simulators operation; installation and maintenance of communications lines, circuits, and equipment, network and system administration on simulations network, NIPR and SIPR Local Area Networks (LAN), functional area research; facilities support, event scheduling, security and organizational support (including records keeping, usage reporting, SOP updates, etc.) and access control. The Site Manager will be dual hatted in another functional task areas and will be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government site leads, and/or the Contracting Officer (KO). Some travel is required.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Have a background and experience with Military Training, Training Management and Training Support
Demonstrate experience in operations and training requirements at division or higher level
Has a full understanding of the Army Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP);
Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of supervisory experience
Graduate of the Command and General Staff College, Sergeant Majors Academy or military service school equivalent
Have served as either a battalion or brigade commander or S3 or division FA57;
Proficient in the use of MS Office products
Possess a Secret Security Clearance
